Q: HOW DO I BUY ACE CMS?

A: You can choose to buy online through our ACE Profit store or buy directly contacting us.

Q: WHAT ARE THE DIRECT BUY STEPS?

A: There are three options,

  1. You can write to us at sales@acesoft.in stating your requirements, We will contact you to direct further.
  2. You can call us directly on the phone numbers mentioned in the pages.
  3. You can click the “buy directly” option and fill all the fields in the form, We will contact you to direct further.

 

Q: HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY OFFLINE PURCHASE?

A: You can directly deposit the payment amount in our bank account or you can send us the check. The detail of our bank account will be mentioned in the offer quote / email which will be sent to you based on your offline enquiry form which will be received by us.

Kindly note: On Either case we will process your order only on receipt of your payment.

Q: HOW DO I BUY ACE CMS ONLINE FROM YOUR ACE PROFIT STORE?

A:Navigate to our store by clicking on “to buy online immediately” link displayed on the bottom of our ACE CMS product page or by clicking on the ACE Profit store link displayed on the top right corner of the page, On reaching our ACE Profit store home page  Select the ACE CMS product and Proceed to check out online.

Please note, We are offering two different versions of ACE CMS products,

  1. Platinum Edition
  2. Gold Edition

Check the features and benefits which will be suitable to you and purchase accordingly.

Q: DO I HAVE AN OPTION TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD OR TO RETRIVE MY LOST / FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

A:Yes you have the option to change your password and for resetting your lost/ forgotten password You need to enter your existing ACE CMS email id and click on forgot password link in the account section. Password reset mail will be sent to you on your registered email id for generating a new password.

Q: WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT WHILE PURCHASING THE PRODUCT FROM ACE PROFIT STORE?

A: You can use Credit card, Debit card or Net Banking to purchase products online.

Q: HOW DO I BUY ADD-ON LICENSE FOR NEW GAUGES?

A: Your base license is valid for only 500 active instrument/ gauges. In case of YOU REQUIRE LICENSE FOR additional instrument/ gauges you have to buy the license online via our store for all the base license purchased through online.

In case earlier you have purchased the base license offline or directly, for  additional gauges/ Instruments license you HAVE TO buy the license offline by contacting us or writing to us.

25 numbers/ quantity will be the minimum order quantity to buy the license for additional gauges/ instruments.

Q: HOW DO I RENEW MY BASE LICENSE?

A: If you have purchased your base license via online store you must login to our store account and access “Price/ subscription details” tab in our store.

You need to first Renew your “ Platinum – Renewal ( Base license) or Gold – Renewal ( Base License) ” and add the same to the cart, and at the cart page select “ silver – Renewal ( Add-on)” and enter the number required in the quantity field and select “ update cart” then select “ proceed to checkout” to complete your payment.

 

If you have purchased your base license offline or directly, you can write to us or call us for renewal process.

Online licenses should be renewed through online only and offline license should be renewed through offline only. Before renewal please keep ready the detail of number of gauges/ Instruments to be renewed. This information will be available in your product dashboard and We will also send reminder mails well in advance to your registered email id.

Q: WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD FOR BASE LICENSE AND ADD-ON LICENSE?

A: Base license is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Add-on license is valid till the  date of expiry of your base license, irrespective of date of purchase of your add-on license. Add-on license  to be renewed along with your base license renewal.

Q:WHAT IS THE STORAGE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR MY DATA ON CLOUD?

A: For every base license, a  maximum of  2.5 GB  storage space is available. Your storage space will be upgraded whenever  you Purchase Add-on license. We request you to upload your required certificate or other document with a maximum file size limit of 1 MB for each file.

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY DATA BE RETAINED BY YOU?

A: Your data is available as long as your license is valid. In case you fail to renew your license, the data will be available for a grace period of one month from the date of expiry of your license.

However you will be able to view and access the information during this period of one month and you will not be able to use the product for any new transactions / entries / update.

In case you failed to renew at the end of one month of grace period the total data will be retained for one more additional month after your grace period and it will be

 

deleted from our server at the end of the second month  / extended grace period. However you will receive all your data backup in a single  compressed  file to your registered email id before we delete from our server.

Q: WHEN AND WHAT IS THE CONDITION FOR RENEWAL OF MY LICENSE ?

A: You are requested to renew your subscription (Platinum or Gold, Base license and Add – on license) before  expiry of your License Validity Date.

In case you fail to renew your license, the data will be available for a grace period of one month from the date of expiry of your license. During this period you will be able to view and access the information and not able to use the product for any new transactions / entries / update. However  you are allowed to renew the license immediately  (ie before the end of the 13th month or your grace period of 1 month) by making your renewal fee payment and this will be your final time / grace period to renew your license.

In case you failed to renew at the end of one month of grace period the total data will be retained for one more additional month after your grace period and it will be deleted from our server at the end of the second month/ extended  grace period (ie at the end of the 14th month). However you will receive all your data backup in a single  compressed  file to your registered email id before we delete from our server. You will not be able to renew the license after this date / period. Subsequently after this date you will be eligible to access the product by way of buying a New Base License Only ie you are not eligible for renewal benefit.
